The cleanliness and the staff.
Nothing to complain. You need to take a bus or a car to the center of the city, but it's no problem at all.

The staff and hotel were wonderful, the hotel is contemporary, newly done, great views but not of the old town but of harbour where cruise ships come but still beautiful
Hotel is not in easy walking dist of old town especially in the heat of july need taxi cost around £10,if the hotel wants to compete with hotels nearer old town they need to lay on courtesy buses at set times day and evening both ways,,apart from this no problems at all

I found the hotel to be verynice and neat with a good breakfast, even though it wasn't anything extravagant.

The peaceful and best possible location was close to Shopping Center Srd. Furthermore, the area was really quiet. Our room was air-conditioned and updated with a view.
Well, the views were not very nice here.

Very friendly staff, with a lovely view from the rooms and restaurant/bar (minus a couple of ugly neighbouring apartment towers). The rooms were simple yet modern and clean, with a nice big balcony to watch the sunset from.
No minibar in rooms, and restaurant was open only until 9pm. We were just staying the night on our way to catch a plane, having stayed in the old town on the way through. Glad we did it that way, this hotel is a bit out of the way. Beware if walking from the bus station or ferry terminal, it's a lot of steps up!

This place was a great fit for a weekend in Dubrovnik with reasonable value. We enjoyed the fine views from the hilltop, made the uphill walk worth it. Just make sure to clarify any payments in advance to avoid confusion.

Great views. New and clean rooms. Nice decor. Good breakfast. Quick check-in.
Required passports at check-in. Hard to find without map, although it is located on the main highway - if you are driving from town, there are no directional signs.

The gym here was totally unexpected, I used it every day and learned a new exercise! And the view from the restaurant was just amazing, lovely sunsets.
It wasn't exactly a bargain, but you know what, it was still acceptable.

Very nice and modern Hotel. Nice staff, gentle, and special the manager. Good talk on breakfast. By the way the breakfast was very good and varied. Room was big enough. Place to park the car without charge.
Internet inside the room not very strong, so I had to go to reception. But nothing so bad cause I decided to drink a beer in the bar. The view to Adriatic its splendid, pity the ugly buildings in front of the hotel.

As the hotel was only three months old it was very modern in design and facilities. The Hotel is on the highest road running around the city so the view from the room balconies is fantastic as you can see way out to the islands. The staff were exceptional, they could not do enough for you. The breakfast choice was excellent and there is a good meal offered for 100kn per person each evening. We loved it.
The hotel is a fair way from the old city but the view makes up for it. The Hotel offers a shuttle bus for 24kn per couple which is good value and should be used. The problem is with the local buses getting back. They are about 45 minutes apart. However, don't be put off by this. You just need to establish the bus departure times from the city bus terminal so that you don't have a long wait to return to the Hotel.

The hotel is brand new, so everything is clean and fresh. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The location is not the best - whilst the views from the rooms are fantastic, the hotel is not near anything, and this not clear on the website. They do have a shuttle bus that you pay 12 kunas for each trip, which is reasonable, but there is only one bus and you book it for where and when you want to go. This sounds great in theory but it also means it is booked by others - the hotel has almost 60 rooms. It would be better to have a regular timetable I think. You can get the local bus back from the old town - number 3 - the hotel didnt tell us this when we asked, we found that out from the centre of Dubrovnik ticket office. Also hotel is so new that not everything works - for example our safe deposit box still had the batteries in a packet inside, and the bolts to screw it to the wall. It was not attached! We advised them and they said it was a building task that had not been done yet - kind of pointless to have things locked away if the box can easily be picked up and carried!!
